- Enrolment offer is valid from July 2022 until 30th September 2022.
- This package inclusive of basic paediatrician consultation fee.
- All payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable in the event of cancellation.

- All packages shall be redeemed within 12 months after enrolment.
- Appointment for vaccination is compulsory: Sunday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm.
- KGSC reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions in the package without prior notice.
